The Project was established to provide medical and surgical resources to the African diaspora. Now supported by various partners including the NHS, they have been able to develop Clinic in a Box, a basic field kit of supplies to help remote GP's, rural clinics and hospitals.
Various Outreach Working Services is a Community Enterprise, their aims and objectives are to work intensively with young people and the senior citizens to create better community cohesion.
VOWS work in partnership with other agencies to bring back a sense of pride, responsibility and respectability within the community. By restoring trust, we will be able to bridge the gap between young people and our senior citizens, and in doing so, we’ll be able to leave a legacy for our future generation.
Allies Network was established by women for women. They deal with a wide variety of issues faced women from ethnic minority backgrounds and support them through those transitions towards better well-being and a more secure and stable living environment.
They are proud to empower women to confidently and confidentially speak to people and organisations that can help them identify, evaluate and resolve their issues and concerns.
Mothers of Creation has supported local women and young
people through music and the arts for over a decade.
They specialise in mentoring and personal development.
