We are a not-for-profit organisation with a
mission to help build stronger black families, communities and infrastructures that are self-sustainable.
ARK Foundation was established in 2012 charged with promoting high-quality
corporate-style governance, supporting change and championing the development of community assets for the benefit of the entire African, Caribbean and South American communities residing within Birmingham and its surrounding counties.
We represent a partnership between local business owners, the community at large,
religious and local charity organisations working together with the aim of developing fundamental infrastructures to ensure, good health, wealth management, education
and community cohesion on an acceptable scale.
Sharing information makes us more efficient, it also encourages partnerships and develops strong trustworthy relationships.
The ARK Foundation membership is open
to everyone who has an interest in
seeing the African diaspora prosper.
We have big dreams and with the help of our international partners we intend to reshape the global economic landscape.
To work in partnership providing life changing resources, events and research specialising in the African, Caribbean, South American and BME Communities.
To support the growth and develop of community organisations and charities by providing professional levels of assistance in areas such as governance, media and marketing and fund raising, enabling them to compete with more established organisations.
Ensure the sustainability of key community assets, whilst establishing a culture of transparency, accountability and training.
Develop national and international relationships to ensure self-sustainable facilities across geographical borders.

To redevelop the T.R.U.S.T within the community and local organisations, to address
long-standing concerns, advise on current developments and implement long-term
engagement strategies.
